Behavioural exercises


You can opt for a series of  behavioural exercises.


By doing so you can observe “behaviour in action” during specifically selected exercises. 


Together with you we decide on the most relevant competencies. Several participants work through the exercises while accessors observe their actions.


An in-depth debrief follows during which different perspectives and observations are compared. Based on a sound discussion final decisions are made.
