In a pre-phase we clearly define the objectives. in collaboration we develop the program taking into account that there is a right mix of work and outdoor/social activities. the activiteis are carefully selected to add in meeting the objectives of the meeting. After the off-site we evaluate the results and plan for eventual follow-up.
