Process consulting means;


  1. The client “owns” the challenge.

  2. The client and the owner work together as equal “partners”.

  3. The consultant is not a “content expert” in the business of the client. The consultant is an expert in the evaluation and decision regarding the most appropriate process step to reach the objective.

  4. The client takes all “go/no-go” decisions. The consultant facilitates the client’s decision-making-process.

  5. The client knows what will and will not work in its culture, so client participation and “buy-in” are essential.
